Abstract (EN) - Through the new regulation concerning ex-ante impact assessment and ex-post evaluation, the Transport Regulation Authority revised the IA methodology first introduced in 2016, aiming at strengthening the better regulation tools by formally introducing the ex-post evaluation, thus implementing the regulatory cycle approach.
