Incomprehensible!: A Study of How Our Legal System Encourages Incomprehensibility, Why It Matters, and What We Can Do About It is a 2019 book by Wendy Walker and Will Walker about the issue of regulatory incomprehensibility.

According to Wagner, a possible solution to such a problem may be represented by incentives for actors to speak in a more comprehensible way, and at the same time liability for legal drafters who failed to be “legible”.
