I am associate professor of Political Science at Interuniversity Department of Regional and Urban Studies and Planning (DIST) – University of Turin.
I am a political scientist studying public management reforms. I conducted my doctoral studies at the University of Florence (2005-2009). I was Policy Advisor at the Italian Anticorruption Authority and the Italian Ministry for Simplification and Public Administration. My work appears in International Public Management Journal, American Behavioral Scientist, Public Administration, among others.
Fields of expertise: public policy; better regulation; performance management; fiscal retrenchment in Southern Europe; civil service reform in comparative perspective.
