L’intelligenza artificiale al “servizio” della qualità degli atti normativi

Abstract (IT) | L’applicazione dell’IA nella produzione e nella revisione dei testi legislativi e nella verifica dell’impatto delle norme presenta opportunità e prospettive sulle quali il contributo intende fornire – grazie alle esperienze applicative in corso al Senato della Repubblica - spunti di riflessione volti a sgombrare il campo da ottimismi eccessivi e ingiustificati timori per una più ampia consapevolezza su aspetti consustanziali al funzionamento dei meccanismi democratici.

Abstract (EN) | The application of AI in the production and revision of legislative texts and in the assessment of the impact of regulations presents opportunities and perspectives on which this contribution - thanks to the application experiences underway at the Senate of the Republic - aims to offer reflections. These reflections seek to dispel excessive optimism and unjustified fears, fostering a broader awareness of aspects that are essential to the functioning of democratic mechanisms.
