La qualità della regolazione normativa ai tempi del Covid-19. La nota OCSE per contrastare la diffusione del virus

Abstract - The OECD note analyzes the impact that the global pandemic, caused by the Covid-19, has had on the quality of national and international regulation and examines some tools that have the potential to guarantee an effective regulation even in times of crisis. The goal is to increase coordination of the policies across the Countries and to adopt multilateral instruments, which will be able to limit the consequences of future health, economic, social and even institutional emergencies.
