La regolazione dei network/infrastructure sectors durante la pandemia COVID-19. Il documento OCSE sul Network of Economic Regulators

Abstract - Last July 27th, OECD published a compendium about the regulatory responses by members of the Network of Economic Regulators (NER) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Regulators adopted new emergency measures in the network/infrastructure sectors (such as water, energy, transport and communication sectors). The aim of the present work is to analyze the trend of regulatory practices during the pandemic, in order to highlight some points for discussion about future regulation.
