Questa sezione raccoglie la documentazione prodotta dall’OCSE e dall’UE in materia di AIR.
Tale documentazione permette di valutare l’influenza di queste organizzazioni nella diffusione dell’AIR, l’evoluzione dell’utilizzo dello strumento nei diversi Paesi e i principi comuni su cui si sta sviluppando il miglioramento della qualità della regolazione.

La prima parte della sezione comprende i Rapporti valutativi dei programmi di riforma nazionali, le linee guida e le raccomandazioni con i quali l’OCSE ha contribuito a promuovere la diffusione dell’AIR a livello internazionale e in Europa.

La seconda parte si concentra sui documenti con i quali la Commissione ha portato avanti il programma di azioni coordinate per promuovere la Better Regulation a livello Europeo e dei singoli Stati Membri, nel cui ambito l’Analisi di impatto della regolazione riveste un ruolo centrale. Sono riportati inoltre i documenti di maggiore rilievo prodotti su questi temi dalle altre istituzioni comunitarie.
